Title: Neuro ICU Nurse Manager

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Day Shift - Monday - Friday 7a-7p

Full Time- 36 hours a week

Salary- $77,750.40 - $144,622.40

Must Haves:

• BSN with current and active Florida RN license.
• Over 5 years of advanced ICU experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership
• BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA

• NEA-BC (Nurse Executive Advanced – Board Certified)

Day to Day:

The ICU Neuro Manager oversees the daily operations of a high-acuity Surgical/Neuro ICU, managing a team of 70–75 RNs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, development management, and professional development. The manager collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports stroke program excellence, drives quality improvement, and serves as a key liaison between staff, physicians, and leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills are essential.
