Covenant House Volunteer Schedule for 2013

The Officers of the Chapter would like to propose the following schedule of recurrent, ongoing dates/activities ocurring on the 2nd Friday of every other month as follows- (and PRN as desired)
- Friday, June 14 @ 7 p.m.: Movie Night (we bring a COMEDY, PG 13), popcorn, candy, drinks
- Friday, August 9 @ 5 p.m.: Provide a meal (Girls eat at 5-5:30, Boys eat at 5:30-6 p.m.):
- Friday, October 11 @ 7 p.m.: Game Night: (we bring the game(s), munchies, drinks)
- Friday, December 13 @ 7 p.m.: Holiday Party (semi-formal) Food, decorations, gifts/toys from community toy drive/donations, etc.
- Sunday, December 22 @ 1 p.m.: Covenant House Wrapping Party: They need volunteers to help wrap the youth’s Christmas gifts.

Judy that is great, to finally get involved In our local community. And what a group to start with, the youth!! Good to know the dates for better planning. Will spread the word and get many more involved. Kudos for leading the way. Hannah
We will finalize our Covenant House volunteer plans at the May 16th meeting. Please come and be open to sharing your thoughts and ideas. Thank you- Judy
August 9th will come quickly so please clear your schedule for that evening and start thinking about ideas for food- our plans are to provide a meal to the kids at Covenant House.
